Herts, Beds, Bucks, North London from £80 + VAT

Other Areas- TBC (+£1 per mileage return journey)

Account registration fee: £100 + VAT

Rent a property: Fixed fee £880 + VAT

(£180 pre-paid once passed the "offer accepted")

Successfully source and find you a property to rent, up to key collection
Extra fee for inventory check, key collection & delivery collection (from £35 for 1.5hr)
Furniture Service - by quotation

End - to - End Service Charge:

Property Purchase Price <£600K: £2,880 + VAT (£880 to be Paid at Offer Acceptance, £2,000 at Exchange of Contract)
Property Purchase Price >£600K: £3,880 + VAT (£880 to be Paid at Offer Acceptance, £3,000 at Exchange of Contract)
Negotiation bonus: 10% of the successful negotiated amount (e.g. Property's listed price is £310K, we successfully negotiate the completion price at £300K, 10% of the £10K variance (i.e. £1K) is the bonus

- Deliver and negotiate the best deal with estate agent/owner aiming the max benefit for you
- Support the administration & communication with surveyors, solicitors and mortgage advisor
